The German Ambassador, Dr. Peter Woeste, also handed over balls and clothing which will directly benefit the children. The additional donation to the Tikondane Child Care Project underscores the already existing partnership with the German Embassy. Moreover, the support of the project reiterates the Embassy’s commitment in socially deprived areas.

However, the main objective of the centre is the reintegration of children into their families, which can be achieved in most cases within a short period of time and makes the Tikondane project an unprecedented and successful model.

The German Embassy also thanks the many supporters who have made this donation possible.
